Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 26, 2026

Welcome to the website of ProFix GA LLC (“ProFix GA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the services and information made available through it.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

1. About ProFix GA

ProFix GA LLC provides home repair, handyman, preventive maintenance, and related home improvement services, subject to the scope of services we offer and the applicable service agreement.

Our website provides general information about our business and allows visitors to contact us or submit requests for quotes and services.

2. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal and business purposes related to learning about ProFix GA and requesting our services.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit website content without our permission.

  • Use automated systems or methods to access the website in a manner that could interfere with its operation.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our business, our users, or others.

3. Service Requests and Quotes

You may submit a request for a quote through our website, by phone, by email, or through another communication method made available by ProFix GA.

Submitting a request does not by itself create a service contract or guarantee that ProFix GA will accept or perform the requested work.

To prepare a quote or determine whether we can perform a requested service, we may need additional information about the property, project, materials, existing conditions, or requested work.

Any quote or estimate provided by ProFix GA is subject to the terms communicated with the customer and may depend on the actual scope and conditions of the project.

A service relationship is established only when ProFix GA and the customer agree to the applicable scope of work, pricing, schedule, and other terms.

4. Service Agreements

When you engage ProFix GA for services, the specific service agreement, estimate, proposal, work order, or other written agreement provided for that project will govern the work to be performed.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a specific written service agreement, the specific service agreement will control with respect to that project.

Customers should carefully review all project documents before authorizing work.

Georgia consumer guidance recommends that home-repair agreements clearly document important terms, including the work to be performed and applicable guarantees, warranties, payment terms, and scheduling information.

5. Scope of Work and Changes

The scope of work will be based on the applicable estimate, proposal, work order, or service agreement.

Conditions that are not reasonably apparent before work begins may require additional work, materials, time, or costs.

Any material change to the agreed scope should be communicated to and approved by the customer before the additional work is performed, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect people or property.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving any applicable change in scope or price.

6. Scheduling and Access

Service appointments are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate scheduling information and reasonable access to the property or work area when necessary to perform the agreed services.

If circumstances require a scheduling change, ProFix GA will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change and arrange another available appointment.

Specific cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or appointment policies may be stated in the applicable service agreement.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the requested work.

  • Inform ProFix GA of known conditions that may affect the work.

  • Provide reasonable access to the property and work area.

  • Remove or secure personal belongings from the work area when reasonably necessary.

  • Obtain any customer-specific permissions or approvals that are required for the work.

  • Make payments according to the applicable service agreement.

Customers should not conceal known hazards, property conditions, or other information that could reasonably affect the safety or performance of the work.

8. Materials and Product Selection

Where materials or products are included in a project, the applicable estimate or service agreement will identify the materials, allowances, or specifications where appropriate.

Availability, manufacturer changes, discontinued products, supply issues, or customer-requested substitutions may affect the timing or cost of a project.

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are separate from any warranty or workmanship commitment expressly provided by ProFix GA.

9. Permits and Regulatory Requirements

Certain types of construction, repair, renovation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other work may be subject to licensing, permitting, inspection, building-code, or other legal requirements.

The responsibility for obtaining required permits or approvals will depend on the project and applicable law and should be addressed in the applicable service agreement.

ProFix GA will not represent that a particular license, permit, or certification applies unless that representation is accurate.

Georgia distinguishes among different types of contractors and trades, and some work is subject to state or local licensing requirements.

10. Payments

Payment terms, deposits, balances, accepted payment methods, and any applicable charges will be communicated in the applicable quote, estimate, invoice, or service agreement.

Customers agree to pay amounts that are properly due under the applicable agreement.

ProFix GA will not impose a payment obligation that has not been communicated as part of the applicable transaction or agreement.

11. Cancellation and Consumer Rights

Cancellation rights may depend on the type of transaction, where and how the agreement was entered into, the amount involved, and applicable Georgia or federal law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

For example, Georgia provides a three-business-day cancellation right for certain qualifying consumer transactions made away from the seller’s regular place of business, subject to exceptions.

Any legally required cancellation notices or forms will be provided when applicable.

12. Warranties and Guarantees

Any warranty, guarantee, or workmanship commitment offered by ProFix GA will be stated in the applicable written service agreement or warranty document.

Except as expressly provided in writing or required by applicable law, information on this website does not create an additional warranty or guarantee.

If a project is subject to a legally required written warranty, the applicable warranty will be provided in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.

13. Third-Party Products and Services

A project may involve products, materials, manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors, or other third parties.

Third-party products and services may be subject to their own terms, warranties, and policies.

Where applicable, manufacturer warranties may be passed through to the customer to the extent permitted by the manufacturer.

14. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current. However, website content is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.

Descriptions, photographs, examples, service information, availability, pricing, and other website content may not represent the exact result, scope, materials, or conditions of a particular project.

The specific terms of an individual project are determined by the applicable service agreement, estimate, proposal, or work order.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, design elements, and other materials—is owned by or used by ProFix GA LLC with appropriate rights.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or otherwise use our website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

16. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

These links may be provided for convenience or informational purposes. ProFix GA does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.

Your use of third-party websites is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

17. Website Availability and Security

We strive to keep the website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time when reasonably necessary.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProFix GA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or inability to use the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Any liability relating specifically to services performed for a customer will be governed by the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or submission of fraudulent or materially misleading information.

This section does not require you to indemnify ProFix GA for matters where such an obligation would be prohibited by applicable law.

20. Privacy

Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how ProFix GA may collect, use, and handle information submitted through the website.

Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, business practices, services, or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable written service agreement, estimate, proposal, invoice, work order, or other agreement, constitute the applicable agreement concerning your use of the website and, where relevant, your relationship with ProFix GA.

A specific written service agreement may contain additional or different terms applicable to a particular project.

24. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute concerning a specific service will be subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement and the rights and remedies available under applicable law.
